Jujube
Jujube is the fruit of Ziziphus jujuba Miller var. inermis Rehder (Rhamnaceae).
Jujube, which contains ziziphus saponin and other components, helps the body produce energy efficiently by improving digestion and absorption.
Jujube is called Natsume in Japanese. Natsume also means one of tea utensils for storing Matcha. It is so named because it has a similar shape to the fruit of jujube.
